As the evenings get darker earlier, it’s a good time to think about keeping your home and loved ones safe. Here are some simple steps you can take to help protect your property and feel secure:

🔒 Secure Your Home

Always lock doors and windows, even when you're at home.

Use timers on lights to give the impression someone is in.

Keep valuables out of sight from windows.

💡 Outdoor Lighting

Install motion-sensor lights around entrances and driveways.

Make sure pathways are well-lit to deter unwanted visitors.

🚪 Check Your Security

Consider upgrading locks or installing a video doorbell.

Don’t leave spare keys under plant pots or doormats—burglars know where to look.

👀 Be a Good Neighbour
